Qualifications

• Project management exposure in ERP/SaaS environments.
• Experience in Education / EdTech / ERP / SaaS domains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP rollout across admissions, fees, academics, exams, and student services.
• Conduct project kickoffs, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions.
• Requirement analysis and configuring ERP workflows per institutional needs.
• Coordinate with BA, Dev, QA, Support, and Data Import teams.
• Manage UAT, GoLive, and postdeployment support.
• Ensure timely delivery, documentation, and client satisfaction.

Drive endtoend AI Powered ERP implementation for colleges and universities. This role blends project management, client success, and ERP deployment, offering rapid career growth in the EdTech SaaS domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP rollout across admissions, fees, academics, exams, and student services and any other modules
• Conduct project kickoffs, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions.
• Requirement analysis & Configure ERP workflows as per institutional requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (BA, Dev, QA, Support, Data Import).
• Manage UAT, GoLive, and postdeployment support.
• Ensure timely delivery, documentation, and client satisfaction.

Desired Skills

• Strong communication & stakeholder management.
• Analytical and problemsolving mindset.
• Project management exposure (ERP/SaaS preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, project tracking tools.
• Basic SQL/database knowledge is an advantage.
