Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, EdTech, SaaS, or School ERP preferred.
• Experience in modules Admissions, Fee, Examination, Attendance, HRMS, Library, Transport, or Student Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer requirements, align them with existing solutions, and identify gaps requiring customization or enhancement.
• Data Onboarding for clients using existing schemas. Providing training on all ERP modules.
• Oversee project activities from a technical perspective, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with customer expectations.
• Manage post-implementation support by coordinating timely issue resolution and ensuring successful projectclosure.
• Ensure a smooth and structured handover of completed projects to the support team.
• Maintain and enforce quality standards across all project deliverables, ensuring consistency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

School ERP Implementation professional with expertise in managing end-to-end implementation projects, from requirement gathering and solution mapping to configuration, and post-implementation support. Skilled in understanding customer business requirements, identifying solution gaps, coordinating with development and technical teams, and ensuring timely delivery of customized solutions. Strong experience in stakeholder management, issue resolution, user acceptance testing, training, project documentation, and successful handover to support teams. Adapt at ensuring solution quality, customer satisfaction, and alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
