Job summary

Millennium Software and Staffing Inc is seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter for a 100% remote opportunity.

You will source, screen, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Manufacturing, PCB Design, Electronics, and ADAS engineering domains, collaborating with stakeholders and delivering qualified candidates efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Automotive or related engineering roles.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, CareerBuilder (CB), Monster, Dice and other job portals.
• Ability to screen technical profiles and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer closure.
