Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of US Staffing experience with a focus on Aerospace, Aviation, Defense hiring.
• Strong understanding of aerospace engineering roles, technologies, and industry terminology. Experience working with W2 models.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Source, screen, and recruit Aerospace professionals including Design Engineers, Stress Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Systems Engineers, Avionics Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Work on direct client requirements for aerospace, aviation, and defense domains.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and networking channels to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct candidate qualification calls, technical screening, and interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong database of aerospace talent across the US market.
