Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Aerospace Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top aerospace engineering talent across the United States. The role focuses on aerospace, aviation, defense, and engineering roles while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, managing offers and onboarding, and building talent pipelines via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other channels.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years US Staffing experience in Aerospace/Aviation/Defense.
• Hands-on recruitment lifecycle management.
• Experience with US hiring models (W2).

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit aerospace professionals across the US.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including offers and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate qualification calls.
• Build talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS.
• Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and documentation.
• Maintain a strong US aerospace talent database.

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Recruiter with a strong background in US Staffing to identify, engage, and hire top aerospace engineering talent across the United States. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for aerospace, aviation, defense, and engineering roles while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit Aerospace professionals including Design Engineers, Stress Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Systems Engineers, Avionics Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Work on direct client requirements for aerospace, aviation, and defense domains.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and networking channels to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct candidate qualification calls, technical screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage end-to‑end recruitment activities including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Maintain compliance with client hiring processes and documentation requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong database of aerospace talent across the US market.

Required Skills

• 2 to 10 years of US Staffing experience with a focus on Aerospace, Aviation, or Defense hiring.
• Strong understanding of aerospace engineering roles, technologies, and industry terminology.
• Experience working with W2 hiring models.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
