We are seeking an experienced Engineering & Manufacturing Recruiter to support hiring for one of the largest U.S. air defense and aerospace manufacturing clients. This role focuses on non-IT, hands-on engineering and production positions across advanced manufacturing environments.

You will work on high-impact defense programs, partnering closely with U.S.-based hiring managers to deliver skilled technical talent at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for engineering and manufacturing roles, including:
• Electrical Engineers
• Electro-Mechanical Engineers
• Manufacturing & Production roles
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach
• Screen candidates for technical fit, manufacturing experience, and compliance readiness
• Maintain accurate pipelines, submissions, and interview tracking
• Work on US shift hours to align with client time zones
• Ensure hiring aligns with defense, aerospace, and compliance-driven environments

Required Experience

• 2+ years of experience recruiting engineering or manufacturing roles
• Proven background in non-IT recruitment (IT recruiters will not be considered)
• Experience hiring for U.S. clients (manufacturing, aerospace, defense preferred)

Strong understanding of:

• Electrical & electro-mechanical skill sets
• Assembly / shop-floor / plant hiring
• Excellent communication skills with U.S.-based stakeholders
