Job summary

Hirecart Muktsar invites a motivated Counsellor to join our Pune team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, counsel students, and convert inquiries into admissions, while actively following up until closure.

The role demands meeting targets and maintaining strong relationships across students, trainers, and support staff. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Business, 1+ years of counselling experience, and excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
• Counselling and converting inquiries into admissions.
• Follow up with leads until closure and achieve targets.
• Follow up with students via emails, phone and calls.
• Conduct cold calling and regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with trainers and students and manage batch scheduling.
• Maintain academic records and ensure smooth operations.
• Follow systems and procedures per set criteria.

• Responsible for making calls (Inbound and Outbound)
