Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
• Experience working with young learners in a school, preschool, or educational setting preferred.
• Fresh graduates with genuine interest in teaching are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning practices.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with a teaching team.

What You’ll Do

• Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
• Assist in implementing inquiry-based and student-centered learning experiences.
• Support differentiated activities to meet individual student needs.
• Reinforce concepts through small-group and one-to-one activities.
• Encourage student participation, curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.
• Help maintain a positive, safe, inclusive, and well-organized classroom.
• Support students during classroom activities, transitions, meals, outdoor play, and other routines.
• Observe and document student learning, development, behaviour, and progress.
• Provide appropriate emotional and academic support under the guidance of the lead teacher.
• Assist with student portfolios, classroom displays, teaching resources, and learning materials.
• Collaborate with lead teachers, subject teachers, coordinators, and support staff.
• Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, professional development programmes, and school activities.
• Support school events, assemblies, field trips, celebrations, and special programmes.
• Provide classroom support or substitution when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
• Experience working with young learners in a school, preschool, or educational environment is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a genuine interest in teaching and working with children are also encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning practices.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Patience, empathy, creativity, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
• Basic computer/IT skills and willingness to use digital learning tools.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.

IB / International Curriculum Experience

Prior IB PYP or international curriculum experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates with experience in Early Years, Preschool, Kindergarten, Montessori, CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, or other recognized school environments are welcome to apply.

An interest in inquiry-based, play-based, experiential, and child-centered learning will be an added advantage.
