Greythr is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Bengaluru to perform comprehensive facility maintenance across HVAC, electrical systems, and BMS monitoring. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance of air handling units, pumps, cooling systems, water treatment, and related infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

You will work on routine electrical breakdowns, UPS monitoring, and BMS excursions, coordinating with shift engineers for preventive tasks and reporting

• Preventive maintenance of Air handling units, ventilation, and exhaust units.
• Filter cleaning of AHU, ventilation, and exhaust units.
• Handle DP, temperature and RH excursions during shift operations.
• Monitor UPS and record readings.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of utilities.
• Monitor Chiller, secondary cooling system and hot water system.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of water plant equipment.
• Conduct rounds for abnormalities like duct or water leakage on mezzanine floor.
• Maintenance and repair of lighting, water leakages, and lift systems.
• Maintain and monitor ETP collection tank and transfer system.
• Operate STP and ensure smooth operation.
• Clean cooling towers and solar panels.
• Attend electrical-related breakdowns and maintain electrical panels.

Descrizione del lavoro

1. Preventive maintenance of Air handling units, ventilation, & Exhaust units.

2. Filter cleaning of Air handling units, ventilation, & Exhaust units.

3. Handling of DP, temperature and RH excursions during shift operation.

4. Monitoring of UPS and recording readings.

5. Preventive and breakdown maintenance of utilities.

6. Monitoring of Chiller, Secondary cooling system and Hot water system.

8. Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Water plant equipment.

9. Rounds on the mezzanine floor for any abnormalities, such as duct leakage or water leakage, etc.

10. Facility maintenance such as light repair or replacement, water leakages, lift maintenance, etc.

11. Maintenance and monitoring of the ETP collection tank and transfer system.

12. STP Operation and maintenance.

13. Cleaning of Cooling towers and Solar panels.

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE

1. Attending electrical-related breakdowns on a routine basis.

2. Maintenance of the electrical panel room and periodic cleaning of electrical panels.

3. Monitoring and maintenance of UPS room and UPS system.

5. Co-ordination for power changeover for any maintenance activities.

6. Installation of replacement of lights.

7. Cable laying and termination for minor electrical modifications.

8. Support to Shift engineers for preventive maintenance.

9. Utility and water consumption monitoring.

BMS SYSTEM MONITORING

1. Continuous monitoring of the BMS system and reporting to shift operators for any excursion/abnormality.

2. Co-ordinating of area clearance for AHU or water plant preventive maintenance.

3. Recoding the excursions observed during BMS monitoring.
