Job summary

Kriya Tech in Bengaluru seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily mechanical and electrical utility operations, ensuring reliable performance of compressors, chillers, HVAC, pumps, DG sets, transformers, panels and UPS.

You will plan preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime, supervise technicians, maintain records and shift handover reports, and coordinate with Production, Safety, Maintenance teams, OEMs and contractors while upholding 5S and

Qualifications

• Supervise daily mechanical and electrical utility operations.
• Monitor and maintain compressors, chillers, HVAC, pumps, DG, transformers, panels, UPS.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues and reduce downtime.
• Monitor equipment parameters such as pressure, temperature, voltage, current, and vibration.
• Ensure proper LOTO, PTW, PPE, JSA, and safety procedures are followed.
• Manage technicians and allocate daily maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and shift handover reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Safety, Maintenance teams, OEMs, and contractors.
• Maintain 5S standards in utility and maintenance areas.
• Manage critical maintenance spares and raise requirements when needed.
• Participate in RCA for repeated equipment breakdowns.
• Support shutdown activities and ensure maintenance is completed safely and on time.
