Job summary

Smartworks in Bengaluru, India seeks a facilities maintenance professional to oversee the admin and technical maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems. You will manage DG sets, UPS, HVAC, chiller plants, cooling towers, transformers, and water treatment processes, ensuring preventive maintenance calendars and energy optimization.

The role requires coordinating with technicians and contractors, handling permits, monitoring logbooks, and producing regular power and utility

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Administration, DG, UPS, Fire Protection, STP, HVAC, PPM, Transformers, and Facility Maintenance.
• Experience in operations and maintenance of Electrical/Electronics and Mechanical systems.
• Experience with OEM services, warranty management, and AMC management.
• Ability to obtain and manage work permits for planned maintenance.
• Ability to analyze utility bills and monitor power/ water usage.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge in Administration, DG,UPS,Fire Protection, STP, HVAC, PPM, Transformers, and Facility Maintenance.
• Operations and maintenance of Electrical/Electronics, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance.
• Well versed in usage of HK chemicals and their dilution methods.
• Ensure proper work permits for Planned Preventive Maintenance for technicians and contractors.
• Monitoring of all logbooks and OEM services under warranty/AMC management.
• Adhere to all statutory requirements and maintain records.
• Analyze electricity and water bills for optimization.
• High level knowledge in HVAC towards energy optimization and upkeep.
• Handle machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance planning.
• Prepare checklists for electrical and mechanical equipment and PPM schedules.
• Perform failure analysis and apply best maintenance practices.
• Prepare documents for power consumption and conservation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Manage O&M for DG sets, UPS, Chillers, HVAC installations, cooling towers, motors/pumps, transformers, HT/LT installations, STPs, and water treatment plants.

• Operations and maintenance of Electrical/Electronics, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance.
