Job summary

Smartworks is seeking a facilities maintenance professional responsible for comprehensive electrical and mechanical maintenance, including DG sets, UPS, chillers, and HVAC systems. The role requires planning preventive maintenance, conducting breakdown analysis, and ensuring energy efficiency and safe operation of critical equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance as indicated in the role.
• Understanding of DG, UPS, HVAC, STP and transformers is essential.
• Experience with facility maintenance and reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Operations and maintenance of Electrical/Electronics, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance.
• Handle DG Sets, UPS, Chillers, HVAC, cooling towers, motors and pumps, transformers, HT/LT installations, and water/wastewater systems.
• Prepare checklists and schedules for PPM and power/energy conservation.

Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge in Administration, DG,UPS,Fire Protection, STP, HVAC, PPM, Transformers, Business Operations, LT Breakers and Facility Maintenance
• Operations and maintenance of Electrical/Electronics, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance.
• Well versed in Usage of HK chemicals and its dilution methods
• Ensure proper Work permit for the Planned Preventive Maintenance for the technicians and contractor working in the premises
• Monitoring of all logbooks
• Keeping track of OEM services under warranty management & AMC Management.
• All statutory requirements should be adhered and maintained
• Analysing the Electricity and water bill
• High level knowledge in HVAC towards energy optimization and upkeep.
• Ability to handle machines breakdowns, preventive maintenance.
• Preparing checklist for electrical mechanical equipment and preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Efficient in failure analysis while ensuring application of best maintenance practices.
• Efficient to work in Electrical and Mechanical Equipments and problem-solving ideas
• Preparing documents for power consumption & conservation.
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports.
