Bizaccen Knnect seeks an accomplished E-commerce Operations leader to own order & fulfilment, inventory management, marketplace operations, systems & platform management, and MIS reporting in a fast-growing D2C environment.

Ideal candidate brings 13+ years in e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify; proficient with EasyEcom or similar OMS; adept at Excel/Sheets, Amazon FBA operations, and payment gateways, with strong analytical and organizational skills for startup pace.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in e-commerce operations within a D2C brand.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify.
• Experience using EasyEcom or similar Order Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA operations.
• Understanding of payment gateways and e-commerce workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with attention to detail.
