Responsibilities

• Process orders daily across Amazon, Shopify, Myntra and Nykaa through to dispatch.
• Print manifests and coordinate dispatch with the warehouse team.
• Update the daily dispatch sheet accurately and on time.
• Confirm orders with customers over WhatsApp where required.
• Complete daily inventory adjustments across all channels.
• Manage block inventory and keep stock accurate between the warehouse, marketplaces and Shopify.
• Flag stock mismatches and oversell risk before they become a problem.
• Maintain the returns sheet: track, reconcile and close out returns (RT and RTO).
• Process website returns and initiate refunds.
• Export raw sales reports from Unicommerce and Amazon on the agreed schedule.

Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Executive

The person who keeps orders moving across Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon and Shopify, every single day.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a multi-brand ethnic fashion company selling across Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon and our own D2C website (sarha.in). This role is the operational engine behind all of it. Orders processed, inventory accurate, dispatches on time, returns handled, customer queries answered.

This is a daily-rhythm role, not a project role. The work repeats every day and the standard is accuracy. A wrong stock number or a missed dispatch costs us real money and a real customer. If you are organised, careful with detail, and comfortable working across multiple portals and spreadsheets, we will teach you the rest.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order processing and dispatch

• Process orders daily across Amazon, Shopify, Myntra and Nykaa through to dispatch.
• Print manifests and coordinate dispatch with the warehouse team.
• Update the daily dispatch sheet accurately and on time.
• Confirm orders with customers over WhatsApp where required.

Inventory management

• Complete daily inventory adjustments across all channels.
• Manage block inventory and keep stock accurate between the warehouse, marketplaces and Shopify.
• Flag stock mismatches and oversell risk before they become a problem.

Returns and claims

• Maintain the returns sheet: track, reconcile and close out returns (RT and RTO).
• Process website returns and initiate refunds.
• File and follow up on Amazon safety claims and SPF claims until they are resolved.

Reporting and data

• Export raw sales reports from Unicommerce and Amazon on the agreed schedule.
• Prepare the PMR report.
• Keep the underlying data clean enough that management reports can be run directly from it.

Listing and pricing checks

• Check MRP details across portals and verify that products are running at the correct discounts.
• Flag any pricing or listing discrepancy immediately, before it affects a live order.

Marketplace campaigns and portal support

• Set up PLA campaigns on Myntra and Nykaa as directed.
• Raise and follow up on portal tickets for any operational issue until closure.
• Respond to customer queries across channels promptly and helpfully.
• Escalate anything you cannot resolve, rather than leaving it open.

Image and catalogue support

• Create and organise product image folders for RTW and other categories, correctly named and structured.

MUST HAVE

• Strong attention to detail. In this role, small errors have real consequences.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets: sorting, filtering, basic formulas.
• Organised, and able to work through a daily task list reliably without being chased.
• Willing to learn multiple portals and systems quickly.
• Clear communication, written and spoken, for customer and portal interactions.
• Honest about mistakes. We would far rather hear about a problem early than discover it late.

NICE TO HAVE

• Any exposure to marketplace seller panels (Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon) or Shopify.
• Familiarity with an order or inventory management system such as Unicommerce.
• Interest in fashion, apparel or ecommerce.
• Prior experience in an ecommerce or retail operations role.
