Job summary

Address Home Retail is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end website orders and inventory across Shopify, marketplaces, and in-house systems.

You will coordinate with stores, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment, accurate product listings, pricing, and smooth billing and payments. Strong Excel skills and independent day-to-day operation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or D2C.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and marketplace management.
• Working knowledge of Genesis, Browntape, FYND, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of order management, inventory, catalog and fulfillment processes.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and able to independently manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end website orders, including dispatch, delivery, returns, and refunds.

• Handle product uploads, catalog updates, pricing, and sold-out product management.
• Manage Shopify operations, including billing/payment coordination and website updates.
• Coordinate with developers for website/Shopify changes and issue resolution.
• Manage AJIO Luxury and Tata CLiQ Luxury operations, including product listings and inventory.
• Maintain daily order fulfillment and inventory reports for Shopify/FYND.
• Handle payment link creation for manual orders and coordinate refund/credit note requirements.
• Monitor and manage inventory using e-commerce inventory/order management tools.
