Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage listings, orders, inventory, and reporting across major platforms. You will oversee store frontends such as Shopify and marketplaces like Amazon/Flipkart, ensuring accurate content and efficient backend processes.

You will collaborate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and tools like Unicommerce and Zoho, driving performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
• Proficiency in handling major platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Strong MS Excel skills and understanding of data analytics.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools and software (e.g., Unicommerce, Zoho).

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.
• Track and process orders across platforms and coordinate with warehousing.
• Monitor stock levels and manage replenishments to prevent stockouts.
• Generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and product trends.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with timely resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Explore and onboard new e-commerce tools and automation solutions.
• Coordinate with finance for payment reconciliation and invoicing.
• Assist in building and maintaining Shopify websites for a smooth buying experience.
• Manage tools for SEO, analytics, CRM, and inventory integration.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, photographers, and service providers.
• Handle backend operations, catalog uploads, promotions, and policy compliance on marketplaces.
• Plan and manage sales campaigns and promotions; coordinate with marketing for events.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Product Listings & Content Management:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms
• Ensure accuracy and appeal of product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords

2. Daily E-commerce Operations:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.
• Ensure smooth operation of online storefronts and backend tools

3. Order Management:

• Track and process orders across all platforms
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries

4. Inventory & Stock Control:

• Monitor stock levels and manage replenishments across platforms
• Prevent stockouts and overselling with accurate forecasting

5. Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and product trends
• Analyze data to support business decisions and optimize campaigns

6. Customer Support:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution

7. Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries
• Track shipments and resolve transit-related issues

8. E-commerce Software Management:

• Explore, evaluate, and onboard new e-commerce and automation tools
• Stay updated on latest software and tech developments

9. E-commerce Accounting & Reconciliation:

• Coordinate with finance team for payment reconciliation, invoice generation, and fee deductions
• Maintain platform-wise financial records

10. Shopify Website Creation & Development:

• Assist in building and maintaining Shopify websites
• Ensure a user-friendly interface and smooth buying experience

11. Technology & Tools Management:

• Use and manage tools for SEO, analytics, CRM, and inventory integration
• Ensure seamless integration across systems

12. Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination:

• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, photographers, and service providers

13. Marketplace Management:

• Handle backend operations, catalog uploads, promotions, and policy compliance for each marketplace
• Act as primary liaison with account managers of respective platforms

14. Shopify & E-commerce Event Management:

• Plan and manage sales campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotions
• Coordinate with marketing for festive or brand event executions
