Job summary

Anya Polytech & Fertilizers Limited is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to manage marketplaces, listings, and catalog optimization from its Noida office. The role requires handling SEO, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive online sales and product visibility.

The candidate should have strong Excel, analytics, and familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and advertising basics. Office-based position in Noida with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 35+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and SEO principles.
• Experience managing online marketplaces is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management across Amazon (India & International), Flipkart, Meesho, Quick Commerce platforms, Amazon US/UK/UAE/Canada/Australia, eBay, Etsy, and other global marketplaces.
• Product Listing & Catalog Management, including SEO and optimizing product pages.
• Prepare creatives and post on social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for product display daily.
• Coordinate with developers and designers to improve website functionality and UX.
• Monitor and update company website performance; ensure accurate product display.
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Create/manage product listings; optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, attributes.
• Upload products individually and in bulk; manage variations and catalog structure.
• Oversee daily order processing, packing and fulfilment; supervise packing/operations staff.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales.
• Track inventory, shipments, returns, and deliveries; liaise with suppliers/logistics.
• Support product, marketplace and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, service providers, and internal teams.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to online orders and improve customer satisfaction.
