Job summary

Geepas Bpo Services in India is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms, optimize listings, manage inventory, and drive online sales growth.

You will coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and digital marketing teams for SEO/PPC campaigns, monitor performance, generate reports, mentor the e-commerce team, ensure policy compliance, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipcart and other marketplaces.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
• Optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
• Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Manage and mentor the e-commerce team to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and company standards.
