Job summary

Varahamurti Flexirub in India is seeking an experienced E Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth and enhance the customer experience. You will help implement and manage digital commerce strategies across marketplaces, own product listings, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, ecommerce, or related field.

• Proficient in ecommerce & quick commerce marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Tata Cliq, Pepperfry, Urban Ladder, Myntra, Jiomart, Blinkit, Zepto).
• Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, Listings, SLA, FBA management.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across ecommerce platforms.
• Monitor website performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create engaging content and campaigns.
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
• Implement best practices and manage advertising/sales campaigns on major platforms.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Handle the telesales team and oversee customer support operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
