Job summary

HG Infra Engineering (HGIEL) in Jaipur seeks an experienced Lead for Project Planning and Cost Control to oversee highway and railway projects at the corporate office and sites. You will own planning, scheduling and progress tracking to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include reviewing budgets, BOQs, quantities, estimates, rate analysis and CTC, while coordinating with execution, commercial, procurement and design teams to optimize performance and value.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead planning and cost-control functions for large infra projects.
• Experience in reviewing budgets, BOQs, quantities and estimates.
• Strong skills in rate analysis and Cost-to-Complete (CTC).
• Proficiency in generating MIS and management dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring for Highway and Railway projects.
• Review client/subcontractor billing, quantity reconciliation, variations, claims and commercial aspects.
• Coordinate with project teams across execution, commercial, procurement and design to control cost and schedule.
• Support tendering activities including estimation, BOQ preparation and bid evaluation.
• Monitor Plan vs. Actual progress, cost, billing and productivity; prepare periodic MIS and dashboards.
