Job summary

Mohan Mutha Infrastructure is seeking a Planning Manager to lead project planning, cost control, tendering, estimation, BPC and monitoring for marine/infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes Primavera P6 and MS Project proficiency, cost control discipline, and robust reporting.

Ideal candidate has 10–20 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and coordination skills, and familiarity with SAP/ERP and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 10 to 20 years of relevant planning & project controls experience.
• Strong experience in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience in marine/infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of cost control, estimation, billing, tendering and contract management.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and Advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of delay analysis, EOT, project monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project baseline schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Prepare Master Construction Programs, detailed schedules, resource plans, and micro-level programs.
• Monitor project progress against planned targets and identify schedule deviations.
• Prepare and analyze DPR, WPR, MPR, S-Curves, SPI, CPI, EVM and MIS reports.
• Conduct critical path analysis, delay analysis, and develop recovery/mitigation plans.
• Prepare and monitor CTC, JCR, ZCR, budgets and cash flows.
• Handle quantity take-off, BOQ, estimation, rate analysis and tender preparation.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams for resource and material planning.
• Monitor project costs, manpower, equipment, procurement and productivity.
• Review and certify RA Bills, subcontractor bills, variations and commercial documentation.
• Support EOT claims, delay claims, contractual correspondence and variation analysis.
• Prepare management dashboards and provide regular project performance updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with site teams and management to ensure timely completion within approved cost and schedule.

Role: Planning Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with strong expertise in project planning, cost control, tendering, estimation, billing, and project monitoring. Candidates with experience in Marine, Infrastructure, Port, Harbour, Dredging, Reclamation, Coastal, Roads, or Water & Sewerage projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor project baseline schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Prepare Master Construction Programs, detailed schedules, resource plans, and micro-level programs.
• Monitor project progress against planned targets and identify schedule deviations.
