Job summary

Mileage Logistics Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a Graduate with 6 to 8 years of relevant Air Export Operations experience in a Freight Forwarding / Logistics business to manage end-to-end Air Export shipments. You will coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents and vendors, prepare AWB, handle pre-alerts, billing and shipment follow-up.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 6 to 8 years of relevant Air Export Operations experience in a Freight Forwarding / Logistics business.
• Handling end-to-end Air Export shipments, including coordination with customers, airlines, overseas agents and vendors, shipment documentation, pre-alerts, AWB preparation, billing and shipment follow-up.
• Tracking shipments, providing timely customer updates, resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth and timely execution of shipments.
• Knowledge of Air Export processes, documentation and airline coordination, with strong communication, coordination and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents and vendors for end-to-end Air Export shipments.
• Prepare Air Waybills (AWB) and manage pre-alerts and shipment documentation.
• Monitor shipments, provide updates to customers and resolve operational issues to ensure timely delivery.
