Job summary

Endurance Technologies in India seeks a Training Program Co-ordinator to consolidate and execute technical, leadership, and compliance training across 1000+ employees. You will calendar programs, coordinate venues, invitations, attendance, and feedback, and work with internal SMEs and external partners.

You will administer the Learning Management System, create learning paths, track completions and certifications, ensure data integrity, and support audits.

Role & responsibilities:

Training Program Co-ordination & Execution

• Co-ordinate technical, behavioral, leadership, quality, safety, and compliance training programs.
• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly training calendars.
• Manage training logistics including venue arrangements, invitations, attendance records, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external training partners.
• Support implementation of learning interventions aligned with business and operational goals.
• Track completion and effectiveness of mandatory statutory and compliance training programs.

Learning Initiatives

• Support implementation of learning initiatives, workshops, and skill programs
• Assist in rolling out compliance and functional training
• Maintain training records and documentation for audits

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

• Manage end-to-end LMS operations for employees, supervisors, managers, and plant associates.
• Create and maintain learning paths, training catalogs, certifications, assessments, and user profiles.
• Ensure timely training nominations, enrollments, completions, and certification tracking.
• Monitor LMS utilization and drive employee adoption.
• Coordinate with LMS vendors and IT teams for issue resolution, system enhancements, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate learning records and ensure data integrity.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in co-ordinating Training programs for White Collar employees as well as Blue Collar employees (>1000 employees) right from TNI to Training Delivery through internal trainers or external training agencies.
