Job summary

HomeKraft Infra in Uttar Pradesh seeks an experienced L&D/Training Coordinator to drive learning initiatives and coordinate end-to-end programs. You will manage training calendars, logistics, nominations, attendance, and feedback, while preparing presentations and learning materials.

You will maintain L&D MIS dashboards, analyze participant feedback, and ensure timely completion of learning programs, collaborating with HR teams and stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Management or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of L&D or training coordination experience.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management or a relevant discipline.
• 36 years of experience in L&D / Training Coordination / HR.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and HR/L&D systems.
