Elabs Infotech is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across India from Hyderabad. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard candidates to meet hiring targets.

The role requires 1–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Naukri and LinkedIn, and strong knowledge of IT technologies. It is a full-time, on-site position with office-based work in Hyderabad.

Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client/hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and social media.
• Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant IT candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR screening.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, CTC, and notice period.
• Handle hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, DevOps, Cloud, Testing, Data, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
• Coordinate technical and HR interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle salary negotiation, offer discussion, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS.
• Meet defined submission, interview, closure, and joining targets.
• Work closely with hiring managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely closures.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Strong sourcing and resume-screening skills.
• Knowledge of Boolean search.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / ATS.

Good to Have

• Experience in Permanent, Contract, or C2H hiring.
• Experience with IT staffing/recruitment consultancy.
• Exposure to client/vendor coordination.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
