Teambees Corp is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across India. The role focuses on domestic recruitment, sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and various job portals, with emphasis on understanding technical requirements and candidate evaluation.

You will coordinate interviews, manage offers and joining formalities, and maintain recruitment trackers and reports to meet targets. A strong grasp of the Indian IT recruitment market is essential.

• 3-6 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Strong IT/Technical hiring experience.
• Hands-on sourcing through Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of Indian IT recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
• Understand technical requirements and identify relevant IT profiles.
• Conduct initial screening and candidate evaluation.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage offer negotiation, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports.

Required Skills

• 36 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
• Strong experience in IT/Technical hiring

• Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, C++, SQL, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously
