• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across the domestic market.
• Work on Contract, C2H and permanent hiring requirements.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates quickly.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, CTC, notice period and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely recruitment updates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active and upcoming requirements.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter with hands‑on experience in the Indian domestic recruitment market, especially Contract and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring. The candidate should have experience handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment and be eager to take ownership of positions and close them within a fast turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across the domestic market.
• Work extensively on Contract, C2H and permanent hiring requirements.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates quickly.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, CTC, notice period and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure regular candidate follow‑ups.
• Maintain candidate trackers and provide timely recruitment updates.
• Drive positions from requirement to offer and joining.
• Work with a strong focus on TAT, closures and candidate conversion.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active and upcoming requirements.
