Job summary

E Solutions in India is seeking a Domestic IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles. You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements.

You will schedule interviews, handle offer negotiations, onboarding, and maintain the candidate database and ATS, all within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT/technical recruitment.
• Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skills.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
