Job summary

Qualifications

• Execute documentation management activities for the project.
• Set up and manage document management systems/databases to deliver documentation per contractual requirements.
• Prepare project document numbering procedures, document exchange, and requirement specifications.
• Identify, collect, and handover project documentation per contract requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and vendors/contractors.
• Perform documentation quality checks, distribution, and related activities.
• Provide project document status reporting internally and externally.
• Demonstrate good collaboration and communication skills.
