Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions is seeking a Customer Care Documentation professional in Talegaon, Pune. The role requires BE in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of experience in document control or engineering documentation.

You will manage end-to-end project documentation, maintain registers, and coordinate with customers, PMs, engineering, and QA for submissions and approvals. Responsibilities include preparing transmittals, revision records, and data books, uploading to customer portals, and

• Experience in document control, project documentation, or engineering documentation.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of DMS/PLM tools, document registers, and revision control is preferred.
