Job summary

Vrinda International seeks a skilled Document & Engineering Data Analyst to manage engineering information lifecycle within our IT Services division. You will ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of complex technical documentation and asset data, bridging engineering workflows with data management systems.

The role supports QA initiatives, maintains EDMS, and ensures compliant documentation across projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in IT services or engineering.
• Hands-on proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software and understanding of engineering documentation standards.
• Experience in maintenance workflows and quality assurance measures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Knowledge of P&IDs, engineering documentation practices, and Asset Data Management (ADM).

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and manage engineering drawings and models using 2D/3D CAD tools.
• Maintain and optimize documentation workflows to meet QA protocols.
• Communicate technical data and project updates clearly in English.
• Administer and maintain EDMS for storage, retrieval, and version control of records.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of complex technical documentation and asset data. The position requires a professional who can bridge the gap between engineering workflows and data management systems, supporting quality assurance initiatives and maintaining robust Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). This role is essential for facilitating seamless project execution and maintaining high standards of documentation across our engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in 2D and 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to review, validate, and manage engineering drawings and models.
  
• Oversee maintenance workflows, ensuring that all documentation aligns with established quality assurance protocols and industry standards.
  
• Facilitate clear and effective communication of technical data and project updates using strong English language proficiency.
  
• Administer and maintain Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and version control of engineering records.
  
• Analyze and manage Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) alongside other critical engineering documentation to support operational accuracy.
