Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a field- or region-based technical service professional to support end customers and promote our products in designated districts. You will provide input to the Regional Technical Service Manager and engage with contractors and engineers to enhance brand recommendation and influencer programs.

The role emphasizes on-site testing, market sampling, and collecting customer feedback to improve selling processes and product quality while managing key accounts and influencers.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate strong convincing power.
• Target oriented and adaptable to changing scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager (RTSM).
• Provide customer service to end customers in designated districts.
• Track and report quality of company products through on-site tests and market sampling.
• Collect feedback from end customers about selling process and report to RTSM.
• Manage relationships with Key Accounts and Key influencers.

Purpose/Objective

• Purpose of Position 1. This position is responsible for providing technical services to end users & conducting product promotion/demand generation activities in the assigned territory.
• This position also involves knowledge sharing/engagement activities with the influencers like contractors & engineers for increasing the brand recommendation & implementation of influencer engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 1. Providing regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM
• 2. Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts
• 3. Track and report quality of company products through on site tests and market sampling
• 4. Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc.) and report the same to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM.
• 5. Manage relationship with Key Accounts and Key influencers
