Responsibilities

• Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 1.
• Providing regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM
• Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts
• Track and report quality of company products through on site tests and market sampling
• Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc.) and report the same to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM.

Purpose/Objective

• Purpose of Position 1.
• This position is responsible for providing technical services to end users & conducting product promotion/demand generation activities in the assigned territory.
• 2.
• This position also involves knowledge sharing/engagement activities with the influencers like contractors & engineers for increasing the brand recommendation & implementation of influencer engagement programs.
