Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering required.
• 3–10 years total experience; 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience in MNC/large-scale/infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Team player with high convincing power.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM.
• Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts.
• Track and report quality of company products through on-site tests and market sampling.
• Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc.) and report to the RTSM.
• Manage relationship with Key Accounts and Key influencers.

Purpose/Objective

• Purpose of Position 1.
• This position is responsible for providing technical services to end users & conducting product promotion/demand generation activities in the assigned territory.

• This position also involves knowledge sharing/engagement activities with the influencers like contractors & engineers for increasing the brand recommendation & implementation of influencer engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities of Role
