• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for both primary and secondary sales.
• Distributor Management: Oversee distributor operations, inventory levels, credit management, stock availability, and issue resolution.
• Market Expansion Coverage: Visit the market regularly to identify new business opportunities and appoint new retailers.
• Retail Execution Merchandising: Ensure products are visible and properly displayed at retail outlets with POS materials.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
• Reporting Analysis: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to sales managers.
• Promotional Implementation: Execute trade promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales volume.
