Job summary

SAIKOR SECURITY TRAINING AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a field sales professional to drive distributor sales and expand product reach in Bihar. The role involves managing distributors, tracking inventory and credit, and building strong retailer relationships to ensure market coverage.

You will implement merchandising standards, execute promotions, collect payments, and report performance to the sales manager. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales targets achievement for monthly/quarterly targets in primary and secondary channels.
• Oversee distributor operations including tracking inventory levels and credit management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand product reach.
• Ensure products are visible and properly displayed at retail outlets, POS materials and merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
• Track sales performance and monitor competitor activities; report to sales managers.
• Execute trade promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales volume.
• Take secondary orders and ensure timely collection of payments from retailers.

• Market Expansion Coverage: Visit the market regularly to identify new business opportunities, appoint new retailers, and expand product reach (width and depth of distribution).
• Retail Execution Merchandising: Ensure products are visible and properly displayed at retail outlets, placing POS materials, and implementing merchandising standards.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and prospective customers and retail partners.
• Reporting Analysis: Track sales performance, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular reports to sales managers.
• Promotional Implementation: Execute trade promotions, schemes, and marketing initiatives to drive sales volume.
• Order Taking Payment Collection: Take secondary orders and ensure timely collection of payments from retailers.
