Job summary

Samudra Pumps is seeking a branch accounting and logistics executive to manage stock, verify serial numbers on receipt, and coordinate dispatch of sets, spares and POP items.

The role includes FIFO dispatch, maintaining stock statements, documentation, LR copies, e-waybill preparation when required, and ensuring safety of branch assets.

Qualifications

• Branch accounting and inventory management experience.
• Knowledge of logistics handling and stock control.
• Strong documentation and filing skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify serial numbers of sets with delivery notes on receipt.
• Maintain stocks to speed dispatch of Sets, Spares & POP items.
• Record serial numbers for dispatch.
• Communicate discrepancies to HO.
• Monitor product stock statements and spares stock register online.
• Physical stock verification monthly for products, spares & POP items.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing.
• Obtain LR copies for sale branches and dealer dispatches and preserve with invoice copy for record.
• Dispatch products, spares & POP on FIFO basis.

Role & responsibilities

• Verify serial numbers of the sets with delivery note on receipt of products from HO.
• Maintain stocks in order to fasten the dispatch of Sets, Spares & POP item.
• To note down serial numbers of products to be dispatched.
• To communicate discrepancies to the concerned person in the Head Office.
• To Monitor Product stock statements / Spares stock register Online
• Physical Stock verification monthly basis (Products, Spares & POP item) / Hard copy
• Responsible for proper documentation and filing.
• Obtaining LR copies for Sale branches & dealer dispatches and preserving with Invoice copy for record.
• FIFO basis dispatch for Products, Spares & POP item

Documentation & E Waybill preparation when required
