Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Knowledge of SAP MM module and materials management.
• Ability to plan material requirements and coordinate GRN documentation.
• Familiarity with 5S and safety policies.
• Experience in audits and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day stock and initiate purchase processes.
• Ensure receipt and allocation of RM/PM, engineering materials, and tankers per SOP.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, QC, and Engineering for material availability.
• Verify physical stock and reconcile raw materials daily or as required.
• Promote continual improvement of quality management system processes.
• Identify staff training needs and ensure appropriate training.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Environment policies.
• Implement job rotation as per organizational requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Day to Day stock monitoring and Initiating Purchase process.
• Ensure Receipt of RM/PM and engineering materials and tankers follows the SOP's Issuance and allocation & relocation of material, physical stock Taking and reconciliation.
• Co- Ordination with production, purchase, Quality Control, Engineering Department for timely material availability.
• Responsible for physical stock verification and reconciliation of raw material as per define daily or as when required
• Continual Improvement of Quality Management System Process.
• To Identify the staff training needs and ensure that appropriate training is carried out
• Follow the Health, Safety and environment policy of the organization
• Job rotation will be applicable as per organization requirements.
