Job summary

ACURA SOLUTIONS LTD in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator to manage the timely and accurate movement of raw materials, SFG and FG.

You will ensure proper documentation, inventory control, safety, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role includes planning daily dispatches and supervising material movement across stores, production, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily dispatch and material movement activities.
• Coordinate movement between stores, production, warehouse, subcontractors and customers.
• Verify item code, quantity, batch/lot, quality status, packing and identification before movement/dispatch.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (Delivery Challan, Invoice, Packing List, Gate Pass, E-way Bill).
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, loading and timely delivery.
• Supervise loading/unloading and ensure safe handling of materials.
• Maintain ERP/WMS transactions and physical inventory records.
• Ensure segregation and traceability of accepted, rejected, hold, rework and returned materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales, Finance, Stores and Logistics teams.
• Monitor dispatch errors, shortages, damages and delays and take corrective action.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance wherever applicable.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the dispatch area.
• Manage dispatch manpower and ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions.

• Coordinate movement of raw materials,Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG) between stores, production,warehouse, subcontractors, and customers.

• Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of dispatch documents such as Delivery Challan, Invoice, Packing List, Gate Pass, E-way Bill, etc.
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, loading, and timely delivery.
• Supervise loading/unloading and ensure safe handling and proper securing of materials.
• Maintain accurate ERP/WMS transactions and physical inventory records.
• Ensure proper segregation and traceability of accepted, rejected, hold, rework, and returned materials.
