Job summary

Krishna's Herbal & Ayurveda in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, is seeking an experienced Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners, and ensure timely shipment of customer orders.

You will prepare invoices and delivery documents, track shipments, maintain dispatch records, and handle discrepancies, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch/logistics operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with warehouse and transport partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely shipment of customer orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse and packaging teams for order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, transporter bills, and other dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for vehicle arrangements and shipment tracking.
• Verify product quantities, batch details, packaging, and shipping labels before dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch registers, shipment records, and delivery documentation.
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on delayed or pending shipments.
• Handle damaged goods, shortages, returns, and delivery discrepancies.
• Ensure proper inventory updates and maintain accurate dispatch records.
• Prepare daily dispatch reports and MIS for management.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
