Job summary

Jio is hiring a Digital Repair Specialist in Uttar Pradesh to oversee partner and technician performance, training, and field service delivery.

You will coordinate repairs, manage onboarding, track KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and hands-on coaching.

The role requires a diploma in ECE/Telecom/IT/CS and 1.5–4 years of hands-on experience with handset repair and CRM systems, with travel to touchpoints as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in ECE/Telecommunication/IT/CS.
• 1.5–4 years of experience in related roles.
• Proficient in handset repair and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Shortlist, onboard, certify, and evaluate partners/technicians per SOPs.
• Ensure availability and manage upgrades or terminations.
• Conduct initial training, reskilling, upskilling, and refresher programs.
• Deliver hands-on field training through OJTs.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics of partners and technicians.
• Take corrective actions based on evaluation outcomes.
• Guide and support issue resolution within TAT to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct audits, inventory reconciliation and FTTx device inspections.
• Handle walk-in customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, CRM, entries, and software upgrades.
• Train and support extended service points.
• Travel to touchpoints as per requirement.
• Participate in special initiatives like complaint handling, out-calling, and coaching Jio Associates.
