Job summary

Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication.
• Hands-on ability to diagnose and repair electronic circuits and PCBA.
• Experience with telecom equipment and RF testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic circuits, PCBA, BTS, and telecom equipment.
• Analyze circuit voltage and signals using board views and circuit diagrams.
• Perform advanced PCBA repair, rework, debugging, and testing.
• Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to L1 and L2 technicians.
• Repair and troubleshoot BTS cards and related equipment, including: Control Cards, Channel Cards, Duplexers, RRH, Microcells, MMU, DWDM Equipment.
• Work on telecom technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
• Perform testing using Multimeter, CRO, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, Frequency Counter, RACAL.
