Job summary

Jio invites applications for the role of Digital Repair Specialist. The position focuses on onboarding partners, certifying performance, and ensuring service standards. You will also manage upgrades and conduct hands-on field training for technicians.

You will monitor KPIs, take corrective actions, guide issue resolution within TAT, and perform audits of FTTx devices. Travel to touchpoints and support extended service points are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in ECE/Telecommunication/IT/CS is required.
• 1.5–4 years of experience.
• Experience with field service and training is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Shortlist, onboard, certify, and evaluate partners/technicians performance as per SOPs.
• Ensure availability and manage upgrades or terminations.
• Conduct initial training, reskilling, upskilling, and periodic refresher programs.
• Deliver hands-on field training through OJTs.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics of partners and technicians.
• Take corrective actions based on evaluation outcomes.
• Guide and support issue resolution within TAT to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct audits, inventory reconciliation and FTTx device inspections.
• Handle walk-in customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, CRM entries, and software upgrades.
• Train and support extended service points.
• Travel to touchpoints as per requirement.
• Participate in special initiatives like complaint handling, out-calling, and coaching Jio Associates.
