The role requires 4+ years in digital marketing, strong lead-gen expertise, and hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads. You will manage multiple campaigns and coordinate with creative teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital / Performance Marketing.
• Specialized in lead generation ads and campaigns.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven lead generation and conversion campaigns experience.
• Understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Experience in campaign optimization and data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Meta & Google Ads campaigns focusing on lead generation.
• Manage budgets, targeting, bidding and account structures.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversions and lead quality.
• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research.
• Test creatives, audiences, copies and campaign strategies.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, content and account management teams.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
