Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads for both our in-house services and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize Meta, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Develop targeting strategies that capture SMEs, startups, and enterprise decision-makers.
• Continuously analyze performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS) and implement data-driven improvements.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience segmentation.
• Work closely with the content & design teams to develop ad creatives that convert.
• Manage lead forms, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Stay updated with platform updates, bidding strategies, and ad policies.
• Report weekly/monthly campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year of proven experience in Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign funnels.
• Hands‑on experience with Facebook Business Manager & LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proficiency in using Analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of B2B lead generation and conversion optimization.
