Responsibilities

• Logged and tracked requests in the ticketing system for timely resolution.
• Provide solutions on raised tickets and resolve end-user issues.
• Delivered remote and on-site support to end users.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems.
• Support MS Office and Outlook applications.
• Handle user account setup, password resets and access requests.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware (Desktops/Laptops, printers, CCTV) and software.
• Support Active Directory (user accounts, Group policies).
• Diagnose network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN); perform routine system checks.
• Prioritize incidents based on severity and assist users with login, email, and application errors.
