Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Desktop / End User Support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and desktop troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in Video Conferencing / Meeting Room support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
