Job summary

Progressive Techserve in India is seeking an IT Support Professional to provide helpdesk assistance across calls, emails, ticketing systems and chat tools.

You will deliver onsite desk-side and remote technical support, troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook and desktop issues, manage Active Directory accounts and permissions, and handle basic networking (DNS/DHCP). Strong coordination with users and internal IT teams is required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support via calls, email, ticketing, and chat.
• Ability to deliver onsite and remote technical assistance.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Outlook, and desktop troubleshooting.
• Experience managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP).
