Job summary

Team Computers in Meerut is seeking an IT helpdesk professional to provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and to install and troubleshoot Windows OS and applications.

You will handle Active Directory tasks, support Microsoft 365, configure printers, manage incidents via ServiceNow, adhere to SLAs, escalate when needed, and maintain thorough documentation and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to users for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues related to desktop, laptop, RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, DNS, DHCP, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Perform Active Directory tasks such as user creation, password reset, account unlock, and domain joining.
• Support Microsoft 365/Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and network printers.
• Install and troubleshoot software, drivers, and security applications.
• Handle incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Follow SLA requirements and provide timely resolution to user issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate L2/L3 teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT assets.
• Support IT asset inventory and hardware/software tracking.
