Job summary

Progressive Techserve in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist end users by phone, email, ticketing systems, and chat, delivering both desk-side and remote helpdesk support to keep business running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, and desktop issues, manage user accounts in Active Directory, support DNS/DHCP, handle printers and hardware, and coordinate with users and internal IT teams while monitoring customer satisfaction feedback.

• Deliver onsite (desk-side) and remote technical assistance

• Support networking basics including DNS and DHCP
• Handle hardware issues (printers, desktops, system assembly/disassembly)
